The soul of this piece lies in its dramatic contrasts. For example, the deep black felt body acts as a canvas for the hand-stitched white perimeter. This highlights a sharp, aggressive geometric profile. Furthermore, I’ve layered a timeless bandana foundation at the base of the crown. This creates a base of alternative elegance. Because of this layering, the hat gains a unique structural depth.
