Every hat produced in my Barcelona workshop is a calculated architectural project. From the selection of 100% Merino felt to the manual application of natural Arabic gum for permanent shape retention, no detail is left to chance. I do not sell accessories; I build legacy pieces for those who understand that true character is forged, not bought. Week 1: Consultation & Design Architecture
We begin with a private consultation to define the parameters of your piece. We select the crown silhouette, brim geometry, and material specifications, ensuring the hat is engineered to fit both your physical profile and your personal narrative.
Week 2: Blocking & Structural Shaping
The raw 100% Premium Merino felt is hand-blocked and treated with natural Arabic Gum. This phase establishes the hat’s architectural memory, ensuring the structural integrity of the crown and brim is locked for a lifetime
Week 3: Refinement, Ribbonwork & The Seal
We move to the fine details. Bespoke ribbonwork—whether premium silk or distressed leather—is applied by hand. The final step is the integration of the ‘Real de a Ocho’ silver coin, marking the piece with our signature seal of quality.
Week 4: Final Distressing & Launch
The hat undergoes our proprietary fire-distressing process. Using controlled flame techniques, we impart a unique, road-worn character that ensures no two pieces are identical. Your piece is inspected, certified, and prepared for dispatch
